What do you do with your turkey leftovers? Well I decided to share mine with you! These are perfect for a Thanksgiving Activity Day. Most of them could be done by a parent. I have provided a poem that has been around forever but is easy for the children to learn to read and sing. All the activities relate to this. Turkey leftovers is "stuffed" with ideas I cooked up for you to use with your young learners to build print knowledge and fluency. Writing skills can also be practiced with cards provided in this packet.
