This file includes a weekly Daily Five checklist I use in my classroom. Students understand that they must complete one activity from each column, before completing another activity from the same column. 

In Word Work, my students have three separate choices: Word Study acitivity, Boggle, and a Grammar activity. 

In Work on Writing, my studnets have three choices: Free writing, Class Topic Journals, and Blogging (on www.kidblog.org)

You can either print a new checklist each week for your students, or you can print on checklist for each student and laminate it or put in in a page protector for multiple use.
