Encourage your young writers with the characters from "Camp Common Core." This set of awards covers each of the nine writing standards for the Common Core curriculum. Each standards has been revised so they are more easily understood by children and parents. The set contains 12 awards in all. There is one award for each standard plus three blank awards that can be used for other purposes. You may want to use the blank awards for restating the standard in your own words or for a special activity that you do as part of your Common Core writing lessons. . The awards are 1/2 page each (2 per page). I have also included a full page common core award that can be used at the end of the year or for other writing achievements.

I recommend printing your awards using a color laser printer to keep text and graphics crisp.
