My Credentials:
I have been an elementary school teacher since 1999 with experience in Kindergarten, reading recovery, 2nd grade (which I currently teach), 4th grade, and ELL. My degree is in English with an emphasis in elementary education and I have an ELL endorsement from the University of Northern Colorado. I have a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesely University, and I have completed one year of my doctorate in primary literacy instruction.

These lessons are made for teachers (who don't get paid enough to spend a lot of extra money), so my intention is not to get rich and quit my day job (I love teaching way too much anyway!). I just wanted to share things I thought might be useful to others. Because of the time and effort it takes, I needed a little incentive to keep creating, so I am charging a small, reasonable fee. I had to pay for the really cute graphics that I use in most of my lessons from www.thistlegirl.com, and I had to buy a reseller's license to share them with you, so I am hoping to earn my money back. Because I made these lessons and resources for my own classroom, getting my money back would be a bonus for me!
So my goal for opening this shop is to share something useful with you that saves you the time and energy of creating it yourself, and to earn enough that I can use it for free in my classroom!
