Simile and Metaphor
Students complete their question by completing a simile or metaphor or by choosing the correct explanation for the simile or metaphor.
A fun way to work on figurative language. This game is great for the whole class using an interactive board, but works just as well on a computer for two students to play against each other.
To win the game a team must obtain three of their game pieces in a row. The skill of logic is involved as well, because student must block each other.
Students love to play over and over, all the while not realizing they are working on learning similes and metaphors.
This is a read-only game.
There are 30 slides and 28 questions in the game.
Have a great day!
