While playing this game your students will be determining which metric unit of measure would be the appropriate unit. The choices are millimeter, centimeter, meter, and kilometer. Some of the answer selections have the words written out and some use only the abbreviation.

The questions are designed to mimic this skill on state mandated tests using a multiple choice format. 

This is a fun way for you to review with your class the appropriate metric unit of measure for common items additionally providing practice to those who are striving for mastery of this skill. The addition of an electronic tic-tac-learn option adds the skill of logic into this game as well. 

Which Metric Unit? is a great game for the whole class using a whiteboard, but is just as effective installed on a computer for students to play one to one. 

The answer selections change colors to show if the answer chosen is correct or incorrect. When the correct answer is selected, the crowd will applaud and an umpire will appear declaring the player as safe. If the answer chosen is incorrect, the answer will turn color as well, but a strike whooshing sound will happen.
