Preparation:
1. Print pages.
2. Cut out each card. Put like cards back to back Ex. +1 and -1 would
be back to back so that each side is clearly seen.
3. Laminate cards.
2. Punch holes in each circle on the card using a hole punch.
Instructions for Use:
1. Pair students together.
2. The first student should hold the card so the other student can clearly see the backside. Then, the first student should push his/her pencil through a hole and solve the given problem. Ex. +7 addition cards: Student chooses number 3 and puts pencil through the hole beside it; The student mentally adds 7 to 3 then states the answer, 7+3=10.
3. The second student will see the answer located beside the pencil on the opposite side of the card. This student will let the first know whether or not his/her answer is correct.
