I plan to have a 3-ring binder for each section and write how I plan to meet/assess each standard in the space underneath. The very last page in this product is for you to document when and how you teach each standard. I hope this helps in your transition. The colors go along with our ‘Jumping into Common Core’, in case you purchase both (J). You could put the ‘Jumping into Common Core’ at the back of each binder to track student progress with the standards. I hope this eases your transition! Thank you!
