Product Description

When teaching fractions, decimals and percent and the relationships between the three, I needed some visuals.  I use the pre-colored charts to demonstrate some common fractions.  I distribute the blank charts so students can shade their own.  Finally, I have students fill in the Fraction, Decimal, and Percent Chart on page eleven.  The answer key is on page twelve.

I have student use calculators to fill in fraction, decimal, and percent charts.  I show them how to divide the numerator by the denominator and explain that fractions really show division.  The calculator converts the fraction to a decimal.  To find percent, multiply by 100.

This packet contains seven colored charts, a blank chart, and the worksheet with answer key.
