I am adding a color sign set for those of you who are "owl crazy" like me. I printed two, cut them out, and attached to either side (back to back) of a pretty ribbon which runs through a beautiful pom. Just make poms for each color, and woo-hoo! You have a beautiful way to display the primary colors in your classroom. Pinterest has several pins on how to create the poms. Included are ten colors and instructions for assembly. I will laminate these for my own class before hanging, of course. Enjoy!
I am a 17 year kindy teacher with a love for multi-sensory learning! The new Common Core Standards have all of us hopping! To the long list of new materials flooding the market, I have added my CCSS Math Journals. There are four journals that address all CCSS when combined.
Also NEW in my shop are the 12 Month Week at a Time Calendar Journals. Young children learn better when we help them focus on a smaller chunk. Students are directed to think about one week at a time throughout the month, as well as graph the weather. Ordinal numbers 1st-5th help students find each new week while learning another key CCSS concept!
