This activity helps students identify different polygons by locating them and coloring them in the picture. I did this with my third graders and they had a great time doign this one. It encourage a lot of collaboration and vocabulary usage.
Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best.
Welcome to my store! I hope you are looking for high quality educational materials that are designed to thoroughly engage your students.
I am a third grade teacher in the state of Georgia and I absolutely love my job and all that comes with it. I am constantly working on new and exciting things to use in the classroom. Some of my favorites are Classroom Jeopardy Games, Fun ways to practice math facts, and integrating literature into the curriculum wherever it will fit! I love creating and also enjoy creating for others. If interested, I do custom Jeopardy games, ActivStudio Flipcharts, and Book Study/Literature units.
