This sequencing game for 2 to 4 players uses common situations like brushing your teeth, baking cookies, and checking out books from the library. Students put the three events in order, tell their order to their partner, and then move forward one or two spaces as directed on the game card. This file includes a title pocket, file tab label, answer key, 4 game pieces that can fold flat for storage, directions, 2 page game board, 24 game cards, optional card backing, and an optional sheet for writing a short story using details in the box in sequence for assessment purposes. This will work well for sequencing practice, and particulary well with Treasures 2011 Second grade story, "A Trip to the Emergency Room".
During the summer of 2011, I found all sorts of wonderful digital teacher-made items to use in my classroom. I decided I could make educational materials to help my students enjoy learning and share them with others as well. I hope your students have a blast!
