In the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, the term "OUT IN BAD STANDINGS" is their version of being banished to motorcycle club member hell, for an ex-member that has been deemed "OUT IN BAD STANDINGS" is no longer allowed to associate with any member of the Bandidos nor attend any Bandido function.
