When an anonymous tip about corruption and crime leads Archie Macintyre back to his small hometown, he thinks he's found the big story he's been waiting for, one that could save his flagging career as a journalist. One of those sappy stories leads Archie to Poppy Kingston and her therapy dog, Molly. Sparks fly between him and Poppy, and the more time he spends with her and Molly, the more he notices something strange going on with her dog, something possibly supernatural, and believes this may be an even bigger story if he can prove it, but he'd be forced to choose between the love of his life and his career.
